Professional Studio Environment
The studio offers a 40′ x 45′ soundstage with a 14’ grid height, a standard white cyc wall, a 12’ x 12’ green screen, and full blackout curtain options. Pre-hung Chauvet Ovation CYC 1FC LED fixtures provide full-color, DMX-controlled cyc lighting across six zones, making it easy to customize the look for any production. A prep/build area, wardrobe and makeup stations, and a production office are all on site for seamless workflow.
Access & Flexibility
Bell Street Studio was designed with production logistics in mind. A 10’ x 10’ overhead door with drive-in access makes load-ins and set builds simple, while dedicated parking and loading zones ensure crews can get in and out without hassle. The space can scale up or down depending on the project, with both intimate and large-format productions in mind.
On-Site Equipment & Comforts
In addition to its lighting and grip inventory, the studio provides tables, chairs, garment racks, ladders, apple boxes, and other production essentials—all included with rental.
