Kurt Graser

Kurt Graser has been working in video, television, and broadcast since 2002, with experience spanning global brands, major sports networks, and community-driven projects. He’s produced and directed work for clients including MasterCard, Nintendo, VISA, Mongoose, ESPN, NBCSports, Octagon Sports, and the International Olympic Committee, collaborating with world-class athletes like Michael Phelps, Steph Curry, Seth Wescott, and Alana Blanchard. This diverse background has shaped his ability to lead productions of every scale—from polished commercials to documentary-style storytelling.

Outside of production, Kurt is a licensed U.S. Soccer coach, volunteering his time at both the youth and high school levels to grow the game and mentor players. He’s also a lifelong musician who plays cello, drums, guitar, bass, and piano. And for the record—he loves Skittles and absolutely hates pickles.

Thomas Starkey

Thomas has been with Knack Factory since the early days, bringing equal parts creativity, technical know-how, and humor to the team. An accomplished cinematographer and animator, he’s also the go-to guy when something needs to get built, fixed, or figured out. Outside of production, Thomas can usually be found exploring Maine with his Newfie, spending time at his camp, droning over the lakes, cheering on the Bruins, or reeling in the occasional fish. Aries.

Derek Brigham

Derek is an upbeat, passionate storyteller who thrives on collaboration. With over 20 years of editing experience, he brings a sharp eye and creative energy to every project. Whether through film, stage, or other creative outlets, Derek is driven to craft the strongest version of each story—and he’s grateful to call that his work.

Sarah-Taylor Wieluns

Sarah-Taylor is an Emmy Award–winning producer whose career began in Hollywood on CBS’s Criminal Minds before moving into live events and branded content.  After years with Boston’s Parallax Productions she brought her expertise back to her home state as Executive Producer of O’Maine Studios, and now to Knack Factory. Beyond commercial and broadcast work, Sarah continues to produce for major events worldwide, from Formula One to PGA tournaments. A proud “Maine cowgirl,” she’s also developed and hosted local series that elevate Maine’s culture and small businesses. Her bright energy and sharp production skills have guided projects for Dunkin’, Dell, ESPN, LL Bean, Crayola, Food Network, Ocean Spray, GMC, and more. Yeehaw.

Uther Moon

Uther Moon is a Portland-based filmmaker and musician whose work spans music videos, commercials, narrative films, and documentaries. He has collaborated with major labels such as Warner Records and Island Records, documenting concerts and directing videos for a variety of artists. Most recently, he directed the short film I’m Right Here (2024). With a style that blends cinematic vision and authentic storytelling, Uther brings a fresh perspective to every project he takes on.
